Coarse Celtic Sea Salt crystals are slowly dried at a low temperature then stone milled to create the light fluffy consistency of this special Fine variety. It remains completely unwashed, unrefined and additive-free, keeping the salt rich in magnesium and trace elements. 

This fine ground variety is convenient and easy to use for the table or cooking. The original Salt of the Earth’s fine grind maintains the natural sparkle of all the essential minerals and trace elements found in 100% fully mineralised sea salt. Dissolves easily.
