Power Super Foods Organic Wakame Flake – 50g

Power Super Foods Certified Organic Wakame Flakes are a rich source of fibre and folate, and contain Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, C, E, K to nourish and alkalise the body. Wakame seaweed contains one of the highest nutrient-to-calorie ratios from a vegetarian source, and Power Super Food’s Wakame is grown, hand-harvested and sun-dried in Canada, unlike the bright-green, highly processed Wakame Seaweed you see in many sushi restaurants.
