Your Hey Zomi collapsible cleaning cup is made from safe, flexible silicone and can be used in the microwave to sanitise your menstrual disc. When collapsed, it fits your Hey Zomi menstrual disc perfectly. You can store and carry your disc, keeping it clean and ready for use.

Please note: Menstrual disc or cleaning tablets not included. It is only the collapsible container.

How to use:

• Cleaning Tablets – Fill with 1 cup of water, drop in a Hey Zomi cleaning tablet, and soak your disc for 3 minutes.

• Microwave – Fill with hot water, enough to cover the disc. Place your disc inside, cover with the lid (leave it slightly open for steam), and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  Handle with care – The cup and water will be hot after heating. The silicone is soft and flexible, so take extra care when removing.

• Store- Once completely dry, collapse the cup so that is it flat, place your menstrual disc into the flat cup and cover with the lid. The lid sits snug and firm in place, gently snapping into place.
