The Ghost Chilli, or Bhut Jolokia, is an intensely hot pepper originating from Northeast India, formerly recognised as one of the world’s hottest with over 1 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU) aka HOT. This is a versatile sauce, ideal for pairing with pork, chicken, pizza, or even cheese. Its more savoury with a hint of sweetness from the pears.
