The Environmental Toothbrush was designed by a Brisbane dentist to overcome the issue of the massive volume of plastic toothbrushes thrown away every year worldwide.  Every bit of damaging plastic waste that we can remove from the waste stream is helpful.

Made from bamboo, a natural cellulose fibre, they are biodegradeable, environmentally sustainable, and do not pollute the environment.  The bristles are made from a BPA free polymer resistant to microbial growth.  Currently the only biodegradable bristle available is boars hair, which the makers are not happy to use. 

Even the packaging is bio-degradable!  BPA free, fairly traded and vegan friendly.
