An efficacious, soothing herbal blend that delivers real relief and comfort from the common physical and mental difficulties experienced during ‘that time of the month’. Assuages bodily aches, settles emotional turmoil and regulates the cycle. Begin taking this tea through the day, approximately three days to a week before your period is due. Continue drinking during the menses.
Suggestion: place a heaped teaspoon of tea into a pot of boiled water and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Add honey if you wish.
