SUGGESTED USAGE
General: 1 to 2 droppers 3 to 6 times a day.
Acute: 1 full dropper every 2 to 4 hours.

Expiration Date

Powders and loose teas should be refrigerated after opening for longest freshness and potency. Tinctures and capsules do not need to be refrigerated but should be stored in a cool, dark location (out of direct light). This will ensure longest freshness and potency. Date reflected on the bottom of the bottle is the standard expiration date. If stored properly these products will last far beyond the recommended expiration date.

TRADITIONAL & HISTORICAL USAGE

Neuro-muscular spasms, PMS and PMS (check thyroid), angina (chest pain), convulsions, MS, Parkinsons, spinal cord injuries (see notes), vascular spasms, leg cramps, asthmatic attacks, pain, epilepsy, myocardial infarction (heart attack), headaches and migraines, nervous tension.

NB: If you have an under-active thyroid, you may also have a calcium utilization problem. This can cause cramping and spasms throughout the body.

NB2: Use this formula in spastic lung conditions e.g. C.O.P.D., emphysema, and asthma to relax the lungs and allow proper expectoration.
 
NB3: Use as you would an inhaler.

NB4: Will not interfere with Dilantin and can be used on a regular basis for convulsions. Getting the body healthy can correct these types of problems
