Melrose Organic Evening Primrose Oil is obtained from the seeds of the evening primrose flower and is cold-pressed to retain maximum levels of its beneficial properties.
Traditionally used as a supplement or topical application to support skin, hair and scalp health, it is a rich source of the Omega 6 fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is needed to produce the hormones required by the body to carry out many important functions. Along with moisturising and nourishing the skin, these include supporting good bone health and metabolism.
